    • Pineal Gland: Known as the “seat of the soul” due to its historical and esoteric associations, this ‘third eye’ has long been a focus of speculation regarding DMT production. 
    • Lungs: Emerging research highlights the lungs as a significant site for DMT synthesis. The presence of INMT in lung tissue suggests they could be a primary contributor to circulating levels of DMT.
